Community Development From The Perspective Of Social Governance Path Research

The report of the 19 th CPC national congress made an important judgment on the major contradiction in China's current society: "the major contradiction in China's current society has turned into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development," which clearly requires the transformation from social management to social governance.As a microcosm of society,the development of community reflects the general situation of social development to some extent.The emergence of such problems as weak social organization,insufficient residents' participation and irregular market behaviors also reflects,to some extent,the development path of the community that the government takes charge of all,which is gradually not adapted to the current complex and changeable social development situation.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to start from the community of people's survival,through specific case,present development situation of the community and the existing problems,on the theory of social governance,careful analysis existence question origin,delving into the current overall situation of community development in our country,seriously explore optimization strategy of our country's community development.To take the community development as the research subject,this paper through the valley Zhang Xi community in-depth field research,mastered the first-hand information of a large number of community development,at the same time,through analyzing the questionnaire data carefully and extensive interviews,the problems existing in the process of Zhang Xi community development seriously analyzed,mainly: community governance ability are relatively weak,characteristic industrial advantage is not prominent,social forces to participate in insufficient and inadequate cultural resources mining.On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature,the author believes that the problems existing in the development of zhangxi community are not individual cases but universal to a certain extent.The main reasons are: unclear positioning of the role of the government,imperfect market mechanism and weak sense of belonging of community residents.In community development on the basis of the advanced experience at home and abroad for reference,in view of the existing problems in the development of the community and its reason,the polycentric governance theory,new public service theory and Marx's theory of social organism,from strengthening community governance capability,highlights characteristic industrial advantage,multiple subject cohesion force,carry forward the fine traditional culture of four dimensions,with the new public service theory to guide the government continues to transform function,the pluralistic governance theory to guide the main body participation,Marx's social organism theory to guide the community as a whole the harmonious development of economic and cultural ecological environment,in order to explore a feasible community development path.
