Study On Relationship Between Job Stress And Burnout Of Judicial Police

At present,China's economic and social development is rapid,and people are constantly facing pressures and burdens from different aspects.In their work,they are characterized by low morale,alienation,and low efficiency,which directly or indirectly affect the operational efficiency of the organization.These phenomena are job burnout.Studies have shown that in the special occupation of the judicial police,the work pressure is widespread,and due to the unpredictability and uncertainty of the work of the judicial police and the need for a large number of work coordination,the judicial police face the daily work The greater pressure exerts a great influence on the physical and mental health.The proportion of job burnout among this group is also increasing,and the scope of influence is becoming wider and wider.This article takes the judicial police as the research object,conducts research on the work stress,psychological resilience,and burnout of 285 marshals in H province.Based on the literature research,it builds the assumption model of job burnout for the banal police and determines the measurement of each variable.Methods: By means of questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,the impact of job stress on the job burnout of the judicial police group was studied,and the mediating effect of psychological resilience between job pressure and job burnout of the judicial police was verified.According to the empirical research results,the paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ease the work pressure and job burnout of the judicial police.The research of this paper has the significance of both theory and practice.On the one hand,through the study of job pressure and job burnout on the special professional group of H martial police,the research target group is expanded,and the theoretical research system of work stress research is enriched;On the other hand,the research in this paper also has certain practical significance.It provides relevant practical strategies for the judicial police to ease work pressure and job burnout.
