Job burnout is a common problem in China's administrative institutions.Many years ago,some scholars have carried out research on how to alleviate or even overcome job burnout.Over the years,administrative institutions have tried to solve the problem of job burnout through organizational management,system building,party building,performance management and other ways.What is the effect of the solution? It needs to be verified by practical investigation.As an important administrative department of the state and the government,the public security organs shoulder the sacred mission of maintaining national security and social order.This paper attempts to take BT traffic control detachment as the research object,to conduct in-depth study on the problem of job burnout,to find out the shortcomings and problems of the existing strategies to alleviate job burnout,and to find an optimized way.This paper is divided into six parts: introduction,concepts and theoretical basis,investigation and research,cause analysis,summary of the inadequacies of existing coping strategies and how to optimize them.The first part focuses on the background and significance of the survey;the second part focuses on the concept and theoretical basis of occupational burnout,aiming at introducing the theoretical basis and research direction of this research;the third part investigates the existing strategies of coping with occupational burnout of grass-roots traffic policemen,hoping to find the realization through field research.There are problems in the coping strategies of job burnout and the direction of further optimization;the fourth part analyses the causes of the existing coping strategies and lays a foundation for how to optimize them;the fifth part summarizes the deficiencies of the existing coping strategies;the sixth part puts forward the advantages for the deficiencies found.Suggestions are made.Through investigation and research,it is found that although there are many studies on job burnout in China,various administrative and public institutions have also taken some measures to overcome it,such as parallel ranks,selection and appointment,education and training.However,it is found that part of the response measures did not achieve the desired results,and the lack of systematic,targeted and operational coping strategies is more common.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of optimizing top-level design,strengthening positive incentives,improving promotion mechanism,strengthening pressure source control,and strengthening personal learning,in order to further optimize the existing coping strategies.
