Research On The Pattern Of Community Home Care

With the implementation of the reform and opening up policy,China's social productive forces have developed rapidly,increasing the quality of life,modern medical technology continues to progress,gradually reduce the birth rate and mortality,the per capita increase in life expectancy,population aging is becoming one of the China's major social problems.China's aging process,however,much faster than the speed of economic development in an underdeveloped economy,the comprehensive national strength has to be raised stage had early entered the aging society,"old before getting rich" aging process in China is different from the world's other developed countries,a significant feature.In this context,the study of Metropolitan Community care service,has important practical significance.On the new public service theory,hierarchy of needs theory,social embedding theory for our urban community service for the aged in the theoretical basis of the issue,carried out to our urban community endowment service carried out a feasibility analysis,improvement in the external environment,be richly endowed by nature of their own advantages for China's implementation of community nursing services possible.Based on theoretical analysis and learning from the United Kingdom,the United States,Japan,Shanghai,Ningbo,Dalian's experience in community home-based care,And here we take Chunchao Community from Wuxi as an example to find the feasibility of this new system through some visiting and necessary researches.In the end,this paper gives suggestions to perfect community home care model based on the practice of Chunchao Community.First of all,it should be emphasized that the dominance of the government in the development of the comm.unity home care model is necessary,while the government should also implements relevant laws,regulations and financial support;Secondly,should broaden the channels of funding during the development process,and encourage the participation of diverse;once again government and the community should step up publicity efforts,advocacy elderly foster healthy pension concept,encourage older people to make full use of community resources and promoting children to carry forward the traditional virtues of respecting and loving;at the same time,the government and the community should cultivate a professional full-time,part-time service team and expand volunteer service teams;Finally,the community should establish a scientific evaluation system and regulatory mechanisms.
