Our country proposed developing Public Rental Housing rapidly.Across the country,responding positively to the call.A large number of public rental Housings came into being.Some provinces(city)(such as Chongqing),have lots of citizens have lived in public rental housing.Thus a new type of urban community came into being——public rental housing community ? Compared with the general urban community,the public rental housing community has its particularity.The degree of demand and dependence of community residents for community public services is greater than the general community.The construction of public rental housing community service system is still in its infancy,in the process of planning and exploration.With the public rental housing area residents to stay,Public rental community service system has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the domestic and international researching on the theory of urban community service system construction.recognized community service system of public rental housing?Putted forward some concepts such as community,public rental housing community,community service,public rental housing community service,community service system,public rental housing community service system.This paper analyzes the characteristics of public rental community and the characteristics of public rental community service system.It introduced the current situation of Chongqing public rental community service system construction,and analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies.It analyzed the experience of urban community service in China and abroad.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the construction of public rental housing community service system in Chongqing.Public rental housing community is a new urban community.It distinguished from other ordinary communities.Compared with other urban communities,public rental housings should be the same as others in some ways.And they should be different from others in some others ways.We should strengthen the public welfare and public service supply.
