Research On The Model Of Community Home Care Service Based On The Combination Of Medical Support

In the background of population aging increasing, economic transition and social transformation, community home care service combines the advantages of family support and institutional support, which meets the development of future old-age industry requirements. However, the current pension services generally have the problems of health and pension issues separated from each other, including community home care service, which cannot adapt to the aging population and the health needs of older persons. It is imperative to explore medical health service mode in combination. At present, the construction of Shanghai "five in one" social services system also calls for further co-ordination, integration and optimization of existing health-care and pension resources and implementing the service linkage between the branches of Government. Therefore, it has a strong theoretical and practical significance of exploring community home care service model combining health and pension.Based on the case study of Shanghai, this paper analyzes the current situation of Shanghai community home care service and studies on relationship between supply and demand. On this basis, this paper explores the community home care service model combining health and pension and proposes the relevant suggestions of improving the mode of operation. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part explains the background and significance of the topic, introduces the concepts and theory, reviews the relevant research at home and abroad and establishs the train of thought and method. The second part hackles the overall situation of the community home care service in Shanghai through the analysis of the current situation and the problem analysis and the empirical study of the community home care service in Shanghai. The third part puts the design of community home care service model combining health and pension, referring to the practical situation of mature community home care service industry in foreign countries and its enlightenment to China. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving and innovating the community home care service model combining health and pension.The paper takes use of satisfaction description, factor analysis, regression model and other technical methods. And the innovation of this paper is to propose the community home care service model combining health and pension, which follows the pension industry development frontier.
