Research On Multiple Supply Model Of Urban Elderly Care Services

As China has stepped into an aging society,the problem of providing for the aged has become increasingly prominent.Under the guidance of the old-age service system construction principles of "home-based old-age care,community-based old-age care,institutional old-age care as a supplement,and combination of medical care and old-age care",new old-age service modes have been explored in various regions.This paper takes nanchang city as the research object,studies the current situation and problems of the city's current pension service system,and puts forward the idea of building a multi-supply model of urban pension service.The significance of this study is to provide theoretical and data support for the construction of nanchang's socialized pension service system.The main contents of the paper include:First,through the investigation and study,from the data analysis current endowment service system mainly for nanchang community home endowment patterns,combined with the feature of nanchang city elderly population distribution,using the questionnaire method,the sample data collection,statistical analysis,found that the current endowment patterns of nanchang problems in five aspects: service demand and supply mismatch problem;The disconnection between old-age care service and medical service;Slow progress of social capital;The problem of low enthusiasm of charity force;The shortage of professional nursing staff.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of policy,guarantee mechanism and informatization support.Second,combining with the general policy of our country's social endowment service system construction,in view of the problems existing in the current endowment service system in nanchang city,comprehensive utilization of welfare pluralism theory,demand hierarchy theory,put forward a pluralistic endowment service supply model,the model will be "the government,families,communities,businesses,charities and medical institutions" into the endowment service supply system,the bear "guide,base,relying on the pilot,supplement,ties," functions such as orientation,the functions performed in this paper,the above each role should be discussed.Thirdly,the multiple supply model of pension service is the direction of the construction of China's pension service system,among which the "combination of medical care and nursing care" is the new normal of the future pension service supply.As one of the multiple providers of old-age care services,"medical institutions" can be adopted to accelerate the integration of medical resources and old-age care institutions.
