The Study Of Rural Empty-nesters Of Daiyue District Tai'an City

According to statistics,China officially entered into the aging process in the late 1990s.The aging of the population has caused a surge in the number of social problems in China,among which the problem of empty nesters is one of the most urgent problems to be solved.After China's reform and opening up policy was established in 1979,social and economic development developed rapidly,and a large number of employment gaps appeared in cities.Many young people in rural areas volunteered to work in cities,which provided a strong driving force for urban development,but became the main reason for the large number of empty nesters in rural areas.Compared with urban empty-nesters,rural empty-nesters have more obvious disadvantages and are in urgent need of human,material and financial support from the government and all sectors of society.How to find a set of methods to effectively improve the living standard and quality of rural empty-nesters according to their needs and influencing factors,so as to meet the growing needs of rural empty-nesters has become an important proposition in the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Therefore,in this tense situation,the research and analysis of rural empty-nesters pension needs,and on this basis put forward a number of practical Suggestions,will be for the construction of a new socialist countryside and China's social and economic development to bring a more harmonious and stable situation.In recent years,the aging degree of tai 'an rural areas is getting higher and higher,the annual growth of the elderly population in all stages are increasing.Citywide,the phenomenon of empty nesters is more serious in rural areas than in urban areas.This paper discusses the rural empty-nesters in Tai'an Daiyue from the following aspects through the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and case interview:first introduced the research background and significance of this paper as well as the relevant research results at home and abroad.Secondly,it is related to the concept definition of rural empty-nesters and the theoretical support of maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,family cycle theory and social support theory.On this basis,the original analysis data is obtained through the household questionnaire survey.Then,it analyzes the current situation of the needs of empty nesters in daiyue area and the plight of their security.daiyue rural empty-nesters were summarized.Based on the data,the analysis finds that the rural empty-nesters cannot be well satisfied in the aspects of economic supply,medical care,life care and spiritual comfort,and there are many difficulties in old-age care.Based on the existing problems,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the pension of Tai' an daiyue rural empty-nester.According to the research,there are four methords to improve the pension of Tai'an City rural empty-nesters:from the perspective of the government,we should strengthen the support for the rural empty-nesters.from the perspective of family,it is necessary to gradually restore the safeguard function of family to the empty-nesters.from the community point of view,to actively develop rural community home care;From the elderly themselves,to constantly improve the elderly self-care ability.
