Just like the words from management thinker Peter F . drucker, "In competitive economy, the administrator's quality and work performance determines a enterprise's success or falure, or it's survival or perishing", Human resource has become a fatal factor and it can't be absent in modern enterprise. Enterprise tends to spend more energy and take more care to explore how to adquire personel , keep personel and make good use of personel. In this aspect, the most important and effective way is to ecourge staff efficiently & raise their initiative.The salary system that ecourages staff most directly & fundamentally is naturally attached highly importance. In history, countless theories about salary and ecouragement emergs as the time requires. They had annouced the substance of salary and explainations about salary's stimulation upon human actions. Those have provided base for the salary -system-design of each enterprise. Meanwhile, some sucessful salary system in both domestic and worldwide are always followed and studied by other enterprises.However, two enterprises can't be completely the same even they're in the same region, have the same scale and produce the same product, let alone the evidently differences among different enterprises. For any target enterprise, the design of salary system must depend on the reality of itself, but not only copy examples or theroys mechanically or apply indiscriminatelly. This thesis chooses chengdu H company as target enterprise. While insisting on connecting theory with practise, this thesis learns and draws for advanced experiment of salary management from developed countries with the basic of serious studying and effective discussing about salary system. Then this thesis analyzes the present status, product situation and competitive circumstance of target enterprise, with the aim to bring some enlightens on exploring salary system model of middle-size and small enterprises through analyzings on this case.In the salary design of H company, this article find out enterprise's marketing position and set up the salary tactics throughout industrial analyse; find out staff's attitude and suggestion toward salary systemthroughout investigation of satisfied amony staff ; find out average salary level of society throughout salary investigation among same kind of enterprises; set up the goal and assignment of every working position through working analyse; find out the relative value among different working positions through the evaluation of woking position.Thus, a target can be provided for salary design through a comprehensive and objective understanding of enterprise. Then, according to stimulation and fair principle, and combined with enterprise's reality, this article sets up a detaited salary system for each working position. And the whole salary system has constituted a complete salary structure. Finally, this article comfirms new salary system has got apparent improvement compared with oringinal one in stimulation and fairness .
