| With the further transformation of the economic and social development model, the new situation has put forward higher requirements for civil servants at all levels, and moreover, civil servants generally feel that their work tasks are also more demanding, more responsible and more difficult.Facing the increasing work pressure, civil servants have spawned a sense of burnout, not only that, many civil servants have different degrees of psychological problems, and even symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, depression and so on.All these have greatly affected the work involvement of civil servants and are not conducive to strengthening the civil service team and building an efficient service-oriented government. Therefore,it is extremely necessary to strengthen the research on work stress, burnout and work involvement of civil servants.Based on the above, this paper takes civil servants in L city of Sichuan province as the research object, and on the basis of in-depth research on the basic theories and measurement methods of job stress, burnout and job involvement at home and abroad, the perspective of the influence of job stress on job involvement, which is less studied at home and abroad,is selected. This includes using burnout as a mediating variable and constructing a research model of "job stress-burnout-job involvement".This paper seeks to test the theoretical model and research hypotheses through literature research, questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.First, this study used SPSS24.0 and AMOS21.0 software to carry out the empirical analysis.300 questionnaires were distributed and 277 questionnaires were returned,of which 261 were valid. After multiple steps based on descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis, the following conclusions were drawn in this paper.(1)Job stress has a significant negative effect on job involvement.(2)Job stress has a significant positive effect on burnout.(3)Burnout has a significant negative effect on job involvement.(4)Burnout plays a mediating role between job stress and job involvement.Based on the results of the empirical analysis, this paper offers valuable suggestions on how to improve job involvement in civil servants and provides a research perspective on the antecedent variables of job involvement and the antecedent and outcome variables of burnout. |
