Study On The Social Support Network For The Disabled Elderly In The Pension Institutions Of Tongguan County

With the continuous development of China’s aging problem,the problem of aging is now more diversified,including elderly parents who have lost their only child,empty nester and disabled elders.According to the assumptions of relevant state organs,China’s pension model is 90+7+3,that is,90% of home-based care for the aged,7% of community nursing service,and 3% of institution for old-age care.Among them,institution for old-age care mainly solves the problem of old-age care for the disabled.The National 13 th Five-Year Plan for the development of the elderly and the construction of the pension system emphasizes that we will improve the old-age care servicesystemthat is based on home-based,community-support,institutional-supplement,and combining medical care with old-age care.What followed was that the old-age institutions enter the rapid development period of the speed-up and efficiency-enhancing.The institution for old-age care market was more diversified,and a group of public-age care institutions with the conditions for providing old-age services to the society were transformed into public-owned private enterprises.The old-age institutions gradually formed professional nursing team.A mode of combining medical care and old-age care is establishment,mainly solves the disabled elderly who do not have the conditions for family care.What is the status of the elderly in the institution? The article selects the Tongguan County Pension Service Center,which is a Public construction and private operation nature nursing home under the guidance of the “Combination of Medical Treatment and Endowment”policy.This paper takes the disabled elderly in the hospital as the research objects,understands the operation conditions of the support network for the elderly,analyzes the support network for social support,social networks and social ecosystems,and describes the social support of the elderly as financial support,emotional support,interpersonal support and healthcare support.The four main networks are divided into specific aspects to demonstrate the living conditions of disabled elderly people in the institution,and the economic support is divided into policy support and family support.Emotional support supports four aspects: family care,marriage support,hobbies development,and volunteer service.Interpersonal support is divided into the emotional dependence of the caregiver,the relationship with the elderly and the social role identification.Finally,the medical service support is summarized as the research on the quality of the nursing staff,service level and vocational training.The study uses interviews to collect material and information.On the one hand,it visits the management of nursing homes to understand the impact of the operation and service methods of nursing homes on the disabled elderly;on the other hand,visit the disabled elderly to grasp their living and mental conditions;finally,visit nursing workers in nursing homes to enrich the support network content of the elderly.The article starts from the support network and analyzes the use condition of the elderly care service for the disabled in the Tongguan County Pension Center.On this basis,we will deeply understand the existing problems of the social support network for the disabled elderly in the old-age institutions,and use the social work professional thinking to enhance the social support network of the disabled elderly from the perspective of social work,and improve the institutional pension service system.The elderly can spend their remaining years in comfort in the old-age care institutions.
