"Internet+" Urban Community Elderly Mutual Care Model Research

As China's aging is becoming more and more serious,family structures are changing from original extended family to core family,but one-kid generation is facing”421”family structure.Meanwhile,there is a shortage of old-age resources in China,and the contradiction between traditional home-based care,community care and institutional care and the needs of the elderly has become increasingly conspicuous.Therefore,the development of urban community mutual care will help ease the upward pressure on the elderly,but also improve the quality of life of the elderlyFirst of all,after reading Chinese and foreign literatures,mutual assistance models and social groups in the mutual care model are important for the elderly method.From the Internet technology in other elderly service research,the technology has certain improvement on service quality and efficiency,especially platform management,data operation and intelligent terminal become the key to its operation.From the "Internet +"mutual care related literature,it is concluded that Internet technology participates in the mutual care model has a certain positive effect,but the related research is still in its infancy,lacking more feasible and systematic research.So,the questionnaires were used to obtain the elderly in the WM community of Changqing Street,Xiacheng District,Hangzhou.Basic information,acceptance of the Internet and related technologies,and recognition of mutual care for the elderly The conclusion is that they accept them with a positive attitude.It shows that the research has value and availabilities.In addition,according to the current situation of Hangzhou's vigorous development of smart old-age care and the problems faced by urban community mutual care for the elderly,the conclusion is:Firstly,Hangzhou needs to continue to improve the community mutual care model,learn from domestic and foreign development experience to make up for its own shortcomings;Secondly,the community mutual care for the elderly must be combined with the Internet and related technologies to improve the quality of community mutual care services and efficiency.Secondly,arranged the mutual care and old-age cases in the United States,Germany,Japan and Shanghai,summarizing the reasons as time bank for success and the experience of failure,and proposing that the development and application of the Internet and related technologies can effectively improve the operational efficiency and service quality of the community mutual care model.Based on the literatures and survey results,the "Internet+" urban community mutual care model is established by the Welfare Pluralism Theory,the Transaction Cost Theory and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory.In this model,big data is used as the underlying technology to drive the five sub-systems of the model:intelligent terminals,online platforms,time bank,mutual assistance models,and the elderly and service groups,each of them has several corresponding important components.Finally,based on the "Internet+" urban community mutual care model,five future suggestions for mutual development of the community in Hangzhou are proposed:improving policy and law,transforming government functions,digitally managing,encouraging smart old-age industry innovation and increasing publicity of"Internet+" urban community mutual care.
