Study On The Willingness And Countermeasure Of Community Mutual Aid And Support In Tai'an City

In the process of economic development and social progress,the pressure of old-age pensions has intensified,and the family structure and basic social units have changed.The problem of old-age care has gradually become an important factor affecting economic and social development.Mutual Aid is a new model of old-age care.It has appeared in some areas in recent years and has been widely praised by people.However,in general,although this model of old-age care has been developed,there is still lag.Taking Tai'an as an example,this paper analyzes the development of community mutual support and old-age care in Tai'an City,refers to the shortcomings of the community mutual support pension model in the emergence stage,explores the factors affecting the mutual willingness of the elderly community to support the elderly,and the obstacles to mutual support for the elderly in Tai'an.Conduct an analysis and then propose relevant development strategies for the obstacle analysis.The first chapter is the introduction part.The research background,significance and other contents of this paper are studied in detail.At the same time,by referring to domestic and foreign literatures,the problems existing in the mode of community mutual assistance for the aged at home and abroad are analyzed,which provides the direction for the research route of this paper and points out the deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter is theoretical analysis.From the theoretical point of view,the basic concepts of community,community pension and mutual support pension model are analyzed.At the same time,the relevant theoretical content is explored in detail,which lays a foundation for the related research.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of community mutual support and old-age care in Tai'an City,and summarizes the current situation of community mutual support and pension development in Tai'an City.Based on the data survey of the design questionnaire,the sample characteristics were described and statistically analyzed.The cognitive status of the elderly in the community was described and the satisfaction was analyzed.And it also analyzed the obstacles to the development of mutual help and pension in Tai'an City.The fourth chapter is an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the willingness of community mutual support for the elderly in Tai'an City.This chapter uses empirical analysis to analyze the research in related fields,and explores the influence of different aspects such as basic characteristic variables,economic status characteristic variables,social support environment variables,and behavioral awareness variables..In order to verify the specificinfluence of the selected variables on the willingness of the elderly community to participate in mutual support for the elderly,the regression analysis was carried out by the two-category Logistic model.Through the construction of ISM explanatory structure model,the correlation relationship and hierarchical structure among the influencing factors of the elderly's willingness to participate in community mutual assistance for the aged are further demonstrated.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure analysis of community mutual assistance and old-age care.In this paper,the research on the content of related research points out the factors affecting the development of mutual support and old-age care mode in the community,and based on this,it points out the direction of the future development of mutual support for the community.The sixth chapter,the conclusion,analyzes and summarizes the relevant content of this article.
