Study On Chinese National Supervision System Under The Perspective Of Rule Of Law Anti-corruption

Currently,the reform of the national supervision system has been rolled out the whole country.As an significant reform that bears on overall situation to enforce the rule of law,deepen the reform and modernize the country's governance capacity.The reform aiming at the deficiency of administrative supervision system and mechanism and improves it through a series of measure such as improving the political positioning,perfecting the national legislation,integrating the functions of department,expanding the scope of supervision,and enriching the meas of investigation.Under the leadership of the communist party of China,the supervision committee which undertake anti-corruption task has been set up.The supervision committee co-located with Chinese Communist Party's discipline inspection committee,which is conducive to the convergence of party discipline and state law,as well as the joint effort of anti-corruption under the framework of governing the country by law and governing the party by rules.National supervision reform gives full expression to the organic unity of the leadership of the party,the position of the people as masters of the country and the rule of law.This paper takes anti-corruption under the rule of law as the entry point,takes the academic theory of supervision as the research foundation,and clarifies the necessity and importance of the reform by sorting out background and motivation of the reform of the national supervision system.Then it analyzes the content and the achievement at present stage,points out the highlights of the reform,and then puts forward own opinions and suggestions on how to deepen the reform on the track of the rule of law.It is hoped that this research can contribute to the continuous deepening of the reform of the national supervision system and the great victory of the fight against corruption.
