The Research On Promotingthe Reform Of National Supervision System In The New Era

The community of shared future which is interconnected and interdependent among the international community,is gradually taking shape.Strengthening power to restrict supervision,resolutely fighting corruption and enhancing the effectiveness of national governance have risen to become a common issue in today's international community to seek development and progress.Under the new era,China has taken the initiative to conform to the trend of world anti-corruption and carry out in-depth reform of the national supervision system.Based on upholding and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party,we have further consolidated and developed the overwhelming victory in the fight against corruption,constantly improved the supervision system with Chinese characteristics,and continuously improved the power operation restriction and supervision system,opening a new era of modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee leadership with President Xi Jinping as itscore,has made great efforts to combat corruption and taken high-handedness to govern malpractice,and has gradually explored an effective system of power restriction and supervision.In particular,it has achieved remarkable results in expanding the scope of supervision,clarifying the objects of supervision,optimizing supervision power,integrating anti-corruption forces,improving the supervision system and adhering to the principle of addressing both symptoms and root causes.However,due to regional differences and local loopholes in the anti-corruption situation and the promotion of the reform of the supervisory system.Many problems can not be ignored,such as the insufficient operation in independence and standardization of the supervisory organs,the existence of more discretionary space in the supervisory legal system,the incompleteness of internal and external supervisory mechanisms of supervisory organs,the prevalence of “micro corruption” at the grass-roots level,and the low degree of public participation.In the new era,to build the reform of the national supervision system well,it is necessary to plan in depth from a new starting point and make up for deficiencies.Summarizing and sorting out the reform process and beneficial experience of China's supervision system,and selectively absorbing and drawing ondomestic and foreign power supervision and anti-corruption strategies.We will explore the feasible countermeasures for the challenges faced by the current supervision system reform,through the methods of concept guidance,organization optimization,personnel training,rule of law guarantee,mechanism coordination and environmental improvement.Continuously improve the Party and the state's power restriction and supervision system,and promote the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics to be transformed into governance efficiency better and faster.
