Research On The Rule Of Law Mechanism Of Rural Social Governance In China

Since the reform and opening up,there has been a huge social structural change in rural society.Due to the rapid development of the market economy and urbanization process,the rural social order in our country has been affected.The rural social governance model has changed with the change of rural social structural order.The changes in the interests of villagers' interests and the ideological changes in China's governance of the country also affect the development of rural social governance models.At present,the rural decay phenomenon is obvious,the gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas is wide,and the "three rural" problem has not been solved satisfactorily.The rural social governance problem has become a short-term constraint to China's building of a socialist modernization power.Following the proposal of governing the country according to law,building a socialist country ruled by law,building a new socialist countryside,modernizing rural governance capacity,and building a beautiful countryside,the rural revitalization strategy puts forward a new system of rural governance to establish a sound system of party committee leadership and government.New governance requirements for the modern rural social governance system of responsibility,social coordination,public participation,and the rule of law.The rule of law in rural areas is the rule of law for the realization of the “five major revitalization” in the countryside.However,at this stage,there are many difficulties in the construction of the rule of law in rural China.The rule of law in rural areas is backward and there is no complete and effective rule of law mechanism.It is of great significance to improve and study the rule of law mechanism of rural social rural social governance.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,after the establishment of New China,the different stages and forms of the social governance model are newly divided,and the value appeals of the six stages of rural social governance are analyzed.To guide the direction of the specific path of optimizing the rule of law in rural social governance.
