Judicial reform has brought new vitality to the court system,in which classified management of personnel is the main content,new concepts of adjudication assistant and judge assistant have been put forward,and a new trial unit of "judge + judge assistant + clerk" has been implemented.The purpose is to free the judges from heavy routines and make them more professional and more elitist.Due to the shortage of personnel,in order to adapt to the situation of reform,the court system of Jiangsu Province has adopted the method of recruiting contract adjudication assistants(clerk + judge assistant)from the society to solve the current dilemma,but after several years of practice,new problems have begun to emerge,contract adjudication assistants have shown no work motivation.Under this background,it is of great practical significance to study the motivational factors of contract adjudication assistants by taking District P Court as an example.First of all,the author expounds the concept of contract adjudication assistant and motivation and motivational factors,and introduces relevant motivational theories,with emphasis on Porter-Laurel comprehensive motivational model,from which the author finds out two major factors that affect work enthusiasm: expectation satisfaction and fairness satisfaction;and through the previous research results,as well as the author's own practice summary,this paper draws up 12 motivational factors that may affect the expectation satisfaction and two motivational factors that may affect the fair satisfaction.Through a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of 76 contract adjudication assistants.in service,the author makes a statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire and finds out the secretaries respectively.And the most influential factors of the work enthusiasm of assistant judges,and from these factors through statistical analysis of satisfaction results,finally for the work enthusiasm has a significant impact on the motivationals but the current poor satisfaction of the corresponding motivational measures to improve the proposal.Under the background of judicial reform and the unique environment of the public sector of the government,the innovation of this paper is to find out the way to improve the enthusiasm of the work by using the Porter-Laurel comprehensive motivational model,and to find out the "short board"-the most critical and weakest motivational factors,and to improve the work enthusiasm of the contract adjudication assistants by repairing the "short board".
