Research On Context Awaerness Based Demand Discovery Method For Pension Service

At present,with the increase of aging in China,the pension service industry develops rapidly.The elderly demands are becoming more diverse and personalized.However,there are difficulties in obtaining demands of the elderly.On one hand,most pension service providers discovery the demands of the elderly by experience or appeal of the elderly and their families',so there is time lag.On the other hand,contexts also impact demands of the elderly,but most pension service providers do not consider impacts of contexts.Since present pension service field could not acquire demands timely and take complete contexts into consideration,in order to discover demands of the elderly in different contexts,it is necessary to define the context information and the demand information.Then this paper porposes a demand feature extraction method based on context awareness,establishes a demand acquisition model,and study a demand dynamic evolution mechanism.The main work is as the following :Firstly,in order to discover the demand features of the elderly in different contexts,this paper studies a pension service demand feature extraction method based on context awareness.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems,and defines demands and contexts of the elderly.Then this paper uses the fuzzy clustering method to cluster the pension service demand data so as to obtain the demand features.Finally,through the mapping of neural network models,this paper gets the demand features in different contexts,which provide support for acquiring demands of the elderly in different contexts.Secondly,in order to obtain demands of the elderly in different contexts,this paper constructs a demand acquisition model based on context awareness in pension service filed.It combines the context information to calculate the similaritise of elderly preferences,the implicit demands and social relationships,so as to find a similar users set.According to demand features of various fields obtained in the previous,it acquires demands of the elderly in each context by comprehensive considering the demand preferences of both the elderly themselves and the similar people.Thirdly,in order to discover the evolution trend of demands of the elderly in different contexts,this paper studies a context oriented demand dynamic evolution mechanism in pension service filed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the evolution of demand dynamic and explains the basic units and evolution laws of demand evolution;secondly,this paper uses the association rule algorithm to minedemanding habits of the elderly by association rules;next,this paper comprehensively analyzes the demand changes in the current context to get the evolution trend of the demand.Finally,based on the theoretical research on the pension service demands,this paper designs and implements a demand acquisition prototype system based on context awareness for the pension service filed.It designs system architecture and various functional modules,vertifies the feasibility of above theories and methods,and presents reearch results in a visual form.In summary,this paper studies the research on context awareness based demand discovery method for pension service,which can discovery demands of the elderly and judge the demand evolution.
