Research On The Influencing Factors Of Rural Elderly's Willingness To Pension Institution

In view of the current situation of aging in China,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward in the nineteen report,to implement the strategy of healthy China,actively respond to the aging of the population,and promote the combination of medical care.As a carrier of pension institutions pension institutions,is an important method to promote the combination of medical care,the development of rural pension institutions is enhancing the well-being of the elderly in rural areas,and ensure all the elderly in rural areas is an important measure of security ".However,the current "empty bed" problem makes the rural private pension institutions still difficult.In this thesis,the survey data in willingness pension institutions of rural elderly in Zichuan area of Shandong Province Based on the survey found that: the elderly in Zichuan District pension mainly has two aspects: one is the growing presence of rural elderly life needs and the imbalance between the development is not sufficient,mainly for pension the resources between urban and rural areas is not balanced;the two is the concept of rural pension is still backward,does not meet the current actual situation.In addition,the age,health status,care status,living conditions,educational background,family income,the understanding of the pension institutions and the support degree of the children and relatives and friends to their pension institutions have an important influence on their willingness to choose the elderly in the rural areas.According to the conclusion of this thesis,in the rural construction of more targeted pension model,we need to start from two aspects of environmental shaping and policy reform.Specifically,is to the prosperity of the elderly consumer market;to intensify propaganda,improve the rural health reform;support system;improve the pension service system construction;perfecting the social security system;to enhance the quality of service pension institutions.
