A Study On The Choice Tendency Of Old-age Pension Based On Subjective Well-being

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the issue of people’s livelihood was put in a very prominent position,and repeated emphasis was placed on seeking more benefits for people’s livelihood and solving more worries about people’s livelihood,so as to make up for the shortcomings of people’s livelihood in the course of development and impro ve the satisfaction and sense of acquisition of the masses.The development of social economy,people’s life and old-age way are constantly changing.The influence of Chinese traditional culture for five thousand years on people’s thinking and behavior is gradually weakening,and the traditional filial piety culture in the past is also weakening.How to alleviate the psychological and emotional problems of the elderly,to improve the quality of their own life and how to solve the emerging pension problems has become a focus of attention.Because of the development of economy,the popularization of education and the change of fertility concept,the old-age care mode in rural areas is also changing,which is different from the old-age care mode at home in the past,and the community old-age care,institutional old-age care and mutual-aid old-age care also emerge as the times require,and these different old-age care brought different subjective well-being to the elderly.The research of this paper is first to determine the elderly in Taihu County as the survey object,through literature review,to understand the research on the subjective well-being of the elderly in different ways of supporting the aged at home and abroad,andthen design a questionnaire according to the actual situation of Taihu County,and then issue a questionnaire to collect data.The results show that:in Taihu County,the subjective well-being of the elderly is related to the different ways they choose to provide for the aged.The results show that the happiest is the elderly who choose the community home-based care,while the happiest is the institutional care.And put forward some policy suggestions for the results:first,coordinate children and the elderly to optimize the quality of family pension;second,increase the construction of community pension mode;third,improve the quality of institutional pension service from a social perspective;fourth,coordinate a variety of pension modes to achieve scientific pension.
