In recent years,with the deepening of opening up,technical exchanges,personnel exchanges and capital flows have become more frequent.Most of our country has actively carried out policies such as visa exemption for foreigners to facilitate foreign exchange.These policies have injected great vitality into social and economic development.But at the same time,international terrorism,extremist violence and international criminal organizations are still rampant.The risk of national stability and people's life and property security is increasingly prominent.How to make timely identification,prediction and control of entry and exit of aliens,had become a new challenge in the work of the public security administration department.This article was based on the above requirements,integration of existing data resources and system services,minimize iterative development,make full use of existing data interface service,we developed a background check system of foreign personnel based on SOA architecture.It has realized the integration of the existing service of the Tianjin Exit-entry management information system,which based on.net framework and c # laugue.We have adopted the J2 EE technology to complete the development of the system.The system is flexible and efficient.To be able to identify overseas personnel in a timely manner and to obtain early warning information about foreign violence.To ensure that foreigners act legally and eliminate safety hazards from outside the country.It is not only a rich and technical innovation for tianjin's entry and exit management information system,but also provides necessary technical support for the major tasks of the capital of the gongwei capital under the integration of beijingtianjin-hebei region.
