Researching Of External Population Into Problems And Countermeasures For Fengxian District In Shanghai City

With the continuous advancement of urban development and construction,the number of external residents has increased sharply year by year.A large number of migrants made huge contribution to the development of city construction,but also bring a lot of pressure to social security,environmental health,family planning and other social management work,more outstanding is the management of external population and the employment pressure of local population.Facing a large number of external population,local governments make a try in reform management of external population in different degree,to a certain extent,ease the problem of external population,but also has quite a distance to solve the problem.This article mainly to the development of the district and the migration situation of external population as the research basis,through literature research,field visits,case method,comparative analysis,from the perspective of economics and sociology,analysis the mechanism of external population into the city and in the innovation of social management to strengthen the construction of the grass-roots society under the background of significance in the development of external population into the city.Using questionnaire survey data,this paper discusses factors affecting migrants into the degree of subjective and objective factors,and combined with the deficiencies of the existing external population management policy,for the management of external population into "good",to strengthen the social management innovation,motivation,reduce unstable factors in social governance.
