As a new industry,the express industry is an important force to promote economic development.It is a dark horse in the national economy.It is one of the most popular industries in the transportation industry based on the characteristics of fast transportation and low freight.With the popularity of the Internet and the vigorous development of e-commerce,online shopping and other industries,the express industry has also showed an unprecedented trend of development.Its annual turnover is hundreds of billions of yuan,and its annual business volume is tens of billions,which has considerable scale and economic influence.Moreover,the express industry is closely related to people’s life.It is an indispensable part for us to bring convenience and time to our busy work and study.However,with vigorous development of the express industry,the new industry issues is increasing.There are a series of security problems.The legal system and supervision mechanism are not perfect,coupled with the characteristics of the express industry itself.It is easy to be criminals loopholes,to seek illegal interests by express delivery channels.It will bring a huge threat to people’s life and social security,causing various security problems.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the security risks of the express industry,so as to better prevent and control the occurrence of public order problems,maintain social order and ensure the healthy and sustainable developmentof the express industry.This article begins with the introduction.The full text is divided into four chapters.It starts with the issue of public security risk in the express industry and its significance.Through the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,it discusses the reasons and proposes countermeasures on the basis of empirical research.The first chapter mainly analyzes the basic situation of the express delivery industry.The purpose is to lay the foundation for the following research.First of all,it discusses the definition and development of the express delivery industry,positioning the express delivery industry from various elements;Secondly,it discusses the industry characteristics of the express delivery industry that distinguish it from the traditional transportation industry,and the relationship with the logistics industry and the postal industry.I
