Research On The Generation Logic And Development Path Of New Youth Social Organization

Youth is the bearer of the nation's future and national hope.It is the basic and strategic project of the country to serve and promote the overall development of the youth.The youth social organization is the organic elements of the youth development service system,is to promote youth development in coordination with the government effective strength.Especially in the context of decentralization reform,the government gradually withdraws from the micro service area,and more needs young social organizations to "fill in" in order to fully and effectively play the function of application.The relevant research at home and abroad has made positive progress,and has laid a more favorable foundation for this article.However,foreign studies have strong anarchism and extreme liberalism.At the same time,foreign studies are relatively macro and are not suitable for the practice of Chinese youth social organizations.The related research in China has a shortcoming in the research train of thought,which regards the youth social organization as the established existence.But as a matter of fact,the youth social organization,as a social existence and organization form,is bound to be influenced by its "historical" factors.In other words,the development process and logic of new youth social organizations developed in the new era have laid an irreversible "gene" for their subsequent development.Therefore,based on the generative logic of new youth social organizations,we can grasp the essence and analyze various elements that affect its operation and development.Therefore,this paper through questionnaire survey,case interviews and literature review,data collection of Fengxian District new youth social organizations and data,and then summarized the new generation logic of youth social organization,discussing the development of new youth social organization size,future development strategies on the basis of.Through the investigation and research on five representative young youth social organizations in Fengxian District,the process of their formation is grouped into three categories: government-led youth social organizations,young youth self-initiated social organizations,and young people established under the active guidance of the government.Organization.The three generation processes correspond to different generation logics: government administrative logic,social entrepreneurship logic,and multivariate hybrid logic.The survey results also show that different generation logics lead to different development paths.The three types of youth social organizations that follow different generation logics have different development paths: talent-dependent,capital-dependent,innovation-driven,and relationship-dependent.The development of the new youth social organization has made positive progress.However,according to the actual survey,the development of the new youth social organization still faces several problems that can not be ignored.For example,the policy support is not very strong;the resources of the organization are limited;the degree of social recognition is not high;the human capital is seriously deficient;the management level needs to be improved.At the same time,it also analyzes the causes of the problems: the institutional opportunity factor,the external condition factor and the self concept factor.To promote the sound development of the new type of youth social organizations,it is necessary to adopt the following countermeasures: clarify the top-level design of youth social organizations,such as the transition from “ dual management ” to“ embedded management ”,clarify the relationship between youth social organizations and the CYL,and improve the social organization of young people.The external environment,such as raising the youth ' s awareness of civil society,establishing a fair competition participation mechanism,establishing a sound monitoring and evaluation mechanism,optimizing the internal management of young social organizations,such as implementing strategic development plans,optimizinginternal governance mechanisms,and nurturing project operation capabilities,build Professional talent team.
