Research On The Development Path Of Youth-Social-Work Organizations In Nanning

In recent years,the promotion and support of relevant government departments in Nanning has provided a good opportunity and platform for the development of youth social work organizations.At the same time,however,there are still some problems that need to be resolved in the development path of the youth social work organization in Nanning.Based on the theory of corporatism,path dependence theory and resource dependence theory,this paper extracts four influencing factors,such as political and social relations,the establishment of youth-social-work organizations,access to material resources,and access to human resources.The youth-social-work organizations mainly have two development paths that are oriented to government operations and oriented to autonomous operations.The development path of orienting to the government operation has the advantages of a better mass base and a stable source of funds.At the same time,there are also problems of high dependence on the government,low level of specialization,and low level of social cognition.External interaction,form an organizational alliance,improve their professional level,and increase publicity and other countermeasures.The development path of orienting to autonomous operation has the advantages of strong self-determination and high degree of specialization,but it also has the shortcomings of incomplete equality of political and social relations and unstable sources of funds.According to its problems,it puts forward suggestions such as clarifying the role orientation,establishing equal political and social relations,and increasing sources of funds.Judging from the development of youth-social-work organizations in Nanning,there are currently room for improvement in both development paths.Judging from the development experience of other regions in China,“seeking for independence in interactive cooperation” is the future development trend and direction.
