Study On The Adjustment Of Returning To Hui-han Marriage From The Perspective Of Ethnic Social Work

With the deepening exchanges between all nationalities in xinjiang region,back to the han intermarriage,some marriage family can get along well,some families have conflicts,through literature,found that for back to the han intermarriage family relationships exist some contradictions is not very effective to prevent or solve adjustment method,based on the ethnic intermarriage yining county,xinjiang to the perspective of social work,the han family relationship adjustment.Combined with the interview,the second chapter briefly analyzes the situation of intermarriage families,and explains and analyzes the characteristics of free love in the family of the hui han intermarriage case in yining county.The concept of family of origin is more open-minded,Cultural customs,Characteristics of family power structure,Differences in family contradiction culture.This paper analyzes the manifestations and causes of the contradiction between husband and wife,mother-in-law and daughter-in-law in the hui han intermarriage family in yining county,xinjiang,and illustrates the adjustment needs through cases.Chapter iii practical part USES the professional methods of social work,relies on the advantageous perspective and the three-stage theory as the theoretical basis,and aims at preventing and solving contradictions,and provides case services for the family needs of case owners.Finally,the author puts forward Suggestions on national social work and marriage in yining county from the four aspects of individual,family,community and society.The family must establish the correct marriage family idea,The community should strengthen the prevention and mediation of marital conflicts.The government should train social workers who serve the local ethnic minorities and actively guide the development of social work and social work institutions.
