| Nowadays the climax of population aging becoming a big problem in China and the grim situation of aging society.In the background of the scale of the elderly population continues to expand,the degree of aging continues to deepen and the burden of social pension has become increasingly heavy,as a multi-ethnic country,the particularity of the aging of the minorities has become increasingly apparent.In the long term social and economic development,various minorities in China have not only created distinctive national cultures,but also formed many national characteristics of the traditional security model,mining of various minorities in China excellent traditional culture protections,is conducive to the establishment of minority social pension system.The Hui nationality is one of the important part in the pluralistic integration of the Chinese nation.They are influenced by Islam and shown distinct characteristics of their national culture and national character show distinct characteristics.In their culture,they pay more attention to the support for the elderly,the elder people have a high status in their family.The Hui community have strong social atmosphere of respecting the elderly,but with the aging of the population,social change and decline of family structure miniaturization and fertility,the traditional Hui family pension mode has been unable to meet the needs of the elderly pension.In order to find out the characteristics of the Hui nationality ’s aging society and the existing problems of the pension model,the author embarks from the objective point of view,this paper makes a survey of the community,mosque and old apartment in Hohhot Hui nationality,and finds some problems.Combining previous research ideas and results with our own investigation,this paper summarized the characteristics and the problems of the old-age pension modelof the Hui nationality in Hohhot.With starting from the professional social work field,this research trying to figure out the causes of the problem.On the basis of social work method,this paper proposes a specialization,characteristic,precision pension path to adapt to Hui nationality’s aging society.This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction part introduced the background and the social significance of the study,carried out a systematic review of previous research,proposed the theoretical basis of this paper,made a description of the research method,explained the whole investigation process.The first chapter introduced the culture and the historical evolution of the Hui nationality in Hohhot.During the investigation,author had a general understanding of the ageing society of Hui nationality in Hohhot.The second chapter focused on the loss of function in the family pension,the gap of professional community pension,the imbalance of supply and demand of pension institutions of hui nationality in hohhot,supplemented with author’s interviews,to analyse and solve problems.The third chapter started from the perspective of social work,to explore the professional path of Hui pension,proposed a reconstruction path of the characteristics of the aging society to adapt to the Hui family which is mainly relying on the community pension,making the pension system as a supplement to propose a specialization,characteristics and precision path of the pension.The last part is the conclusion,summarized the general situation and major problems of pension of hui nationality in Hohhot,using perspective social work ideas to solve these problems and came to the conclusion of this paper. |
