Research On Rural Women Science And Technology Training In Yangling

The key to rural economic development is to improve the quality of rural workers.At present,with the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the adjustment of rural industrial structure,most male laborers go out to work and do business,and rural women have become the main force in agricultural development.As an important force to promote the adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure,maintain rural social stability,build a new socialist countryside and realize the rural revitalization strategy,it is particularly important to strengthen their scientific and technological training and improve their scientific and cultural quality.The improvement of rural women's scientific and technological quality is inseparable from education,especially from scientific and technological training.Practice has proved that doing a good job in training rural women in science and technology is of great significance to developing rural economy and promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside.This paper studied the scientific and technological training of rural women in yangling.By analyzing,expounding and studying the problems related to the scientific and technological training of rural women,it is expected to comprehensively improve the level of agricultural scientific and technological training,promote the improvement of the scientific and cultural quality of rural women,enhance the ability of rural women to get rich,and promote the development of rural economy of Yang ling.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,descriptive research and case study were used to analyze and elaborate the status quo of scientific and technological training for rural women in yangling.In terms of the general situation of training,this paper mainly analyzed the situation of scientific and technological training of rural women in yangling from two aspects: the demand and the supply of scientific and technological training.The demand for scientific and technological training mainly includes the demand of training subject,training content,training method and training time.The supply of scientific and technological training provides scientific and technological training to rural women in this region from five aspects: training subject,training content,training teachers,training funds and training mode.At the same time,the results of scientific and technological training for rural women in yangling were analyzed by case study.Then,based on the current situation of scientific and technological training for rural women in yangling and the actual local situation,the problems existing in the scientific and technological training for rural women in the region were put forward.These issues include many aspects,such as the training mechanism,backward training conditions,shortage of training funds and lack of training pertinence.In terms of research on restrictive factors of scientific and technological training,this paper analyzed the rural women's own factors,social factors,economic factors and gender discrimination.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive analysis and research,this paper put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the scientific and technological and cultural quality of rural women in yangling.These Suggestions include the establishment of an incentive and guarantee mechanism for rural women's scientific and technological training,the establishment of a socialized service system for rural women's scientific and technological training,the focus on the needs of women in rural women's scientific and technological training,and the increase of financial input.
