Research On “Silver Bank” Pension Model From The Perspective Of Active Aging

With the deepening of China 's population aging,effective pension model has become a hot topic of theoretical and practical exploration.In recent years,the mutual-aid pension model,which embodies the concept of active aging,has been developed rapidly.among them,the "Silver Bank" is a typical form of mutual-aid pension model.although there have been many successful practice cases at home and abroad,the connotation and operating mechanism of the " Silver Bank" mutual-aid pension model have not been deeply studied in academic circles.Therefore,this study has high value in theory and practice.This paper focuses on mutual assistance pension model,using activity theory,human resources theory,demand level theory and psychological contract theory,using empirical research methods,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build evaluation model,from four dimensions to carry out in-depth research Secondly,this paper analyzes the two types of mutual-aid pension model and different characteristics,focusing on explaining the connotation and characteristics of the " silver point bank" mutual-aid pension model " low-age help the elderly,service point savings" mutual-aid pension model.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the typical practices of the mutual pension model of the "Silver Bank",constructs the evaluation model of the " silver point bank" mutual pension model,and reveals the problems existing in the operation of the current " silver point bank" mutual pension practice model.Finally,aiming at the problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to develop the practice mode of " Silver Bank" mutual support for the aged.The study draws the following conclusions: the development of mutual-aid pension model can promote the social participation of the elderly,reflect the active pension model,and will greatly enhance social pension resources.The " Silver Bank" mutual-aid pension model is a typical and effective mutual-aid pension model,which has great practical and promotional value.Development of "Silver Bank".Therefore,at the government level,it is necessary to establish a needs file management system for the elderly to ensure that effective needs are met;To strengthen the institutionalization and standardization of mutual aid model,to ensure the effective operation of the " Silver Bank";To mobilize social forcesto participate in mutual support for the elderly model,the integration of social resources to build a support system.From the community level,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of the concept of active aging,so that mutual support for the elderly thought deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;Clarify the rights and obligations between the mutual pension members;Integrating community resources and mobilizing community human and material resources to participate in mutual assistance.From the family and individual level,we should encourage the elderly to go out of the family,actively participate in community affairs,improve the quality of life of the elderly and help the elderly.
