Research On The Preventive Situation And Measures Of Lone Wolf Terrorism

The lone wolf terrorist attack has been in a high-profile state in recent years.Due to itseasy-to-replicate and difficult-to-prevent characteristics,more and more terrorists follow this approach and create terrorist attacks.In recent years,governments around the world have gradually begun to realize the harm of this new type of terrorist attack.The response to this form of terrorist attacks has not yet formed an effective disposal mechanism and prevention mechanism.There are few theoretical studies on the unique wolf-type terrorist attacks.There is still no consensus on the definition and the characteristics of violence.It is urgent for relevant research institutions and scholars to pay attention to this aspect of research.China is currently in a critical period of reform and development,economic development and regions.The threat of terrorism facing security and stability is increasing.Actively studying the status quo of lone wolf-type terrorism and exploring the prevention and response measures for the solitary terrorist attacks are of great significance.This paper investigates and studies the wolf terrorism through literature research method,systematic analysis method and comparative analysis method,summarizes its related concepts,development trends,"lone wolf" characteristics and national countermeasures,and points to the current status of China's existing anti-terrorism mechanism.It points out the shortcomings of China's existing anti-terrorism measures in terms of laws and regulations,academic research,social contradictions,cooperation mechanisms and capabilities.Through the analysis and research on the measures of European and American countries with rich anti-terrorism experience,combined with China's national conditions,using public crisis management theory,social governance theory and non-traditional national security theory,it puts forward such as improving laws and regulations,strengthening research on terrorism,and smoothing citizens.Suggested measures such as interest expression channels,sound anti-terrorism mechanisms and enhancement of scientific and technological capabilities,I hope that some of the proposed measures proposed in this paper can provide theoretical basis and reference for the government to prevent terrorism,and attract the attention of relevant departments and research institutions,and gradually improve them.The government's anti-terrorism system will better prevent the “lone wolf” terrorist activities and ensure the security and stability of the country's society.
