Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Affairs Management In The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The modernization of state governance system and governance capacity is an important policy and strategy for our party in governing the country.As an important part of the national governance system,government governance is also facing the new task of modernization of the governance system and service capacity.In the aspect of government self-governance,organ affairs play a vital role.The administrative departments of organ affairs should deepen the reform of system and mechanism from the aspects of function construction,service mode and management standardization,aiming at building a service-oriented,efficient,rule-of-law and honest government,and constantly promote the management of organ affairs in the new era.This paper takes the management of government affairs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research theme.Through the analysis and study of the function construction and the present situation of the administrative departments of the local government organs and municipal organs of the autonomous region,this paper sorts out the management mode,scope and standardization system construction of the administrative departments of the local government organs of the autonomous region,and lists the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government through systematic analysis and research comparison.The main problems and their causes in the construction of functions,socialization of logistic support services and standardization of management in the administration of organ affairs;Drawing lessons from the experience of government affairs management in western developed countries and in advanced regions in China,and combining with the reality of the autonomous region,this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of department function orientation,system reform,market mechanism application and standardization system construction,which can provide useful reference for further promoting the management of organ affairs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
