Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Standardization Of Office Affairs In X District Of Changzhou City

Standardization plays a fundamental and leading role in promoting the modernization of national governance systems and governance capabilities.Standardization construction is considered a strategic and fundamental project aimed at improving the scientific,standardized,and refined level of government agency affairs management.Premier Li Keqiang has also issued important instructions on multiple occasions,calling for the promotion of the rule of law,standardization,and informationization of government agency affairs.During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,under the guidance and promotion of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standards Commission,the government agency affairs system regards standardization as a key project to promote the high-quality development of government agency affairs,and persistently carries out its work.This effort has achieved positive results and provided strong support for the reform,innovation,and development of government institutional affairs.This article first takes Taylor’s scientific management theory,new public management theory,and service-oriented government theory as the foundation,uses comparative research method,literature research method,and survey research method as the research methods,and uses domestic and foreign literature and materials related to the standardization construction of agency affairs as the material foundation.It conducts research and analysis on the effectiveness of the standardization construction of agency affairs in X District,Changzhou City,Listed the problems of unclear functional positioning in the standardization construction of government affairs in X District,Changzhou City,lagging behind in existing standard construction,poor implementation effect of standard practice,and weak support for standardization talents,and analyzed the reasons.Drawing on the relevant practices of excellent pilot projects in China,we will improve the standardization management system,promote the synchronous construction of legalization and standardization,optimize the standardization work mechanism Propose several countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of standardized management teams in four aspects,in order to provide new ideas for the standardization construction of government affairs in X District,Changzhou City.
