A Case Study Of The Community Endowment Model Of The "Combination Of Endowment And Education" In Jinjiang District

At present,China's population aging trend is intensifying,the demand for old-age services has increased sharply,and the demand for old-age services for the elderly has gradually diversified.The changes in population structure and the gradual weakening of family endowment function,the defects of social endowments have become increasingly prominent,and the problem of old-age care has developed into a problem that is generally faced by the whole society.Taking Jinjiang District of Chengdu,Sichuan Province as an example,this study focuses on the community endowment model of " combination of endowment and education ",explores the future development direction of the community elderly group endowment model and the key factors of the community endowment model of " combination of endowment and education " in Jinjiang District,and extracts the universal significance and inspiration of the experience.Firstly,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research on community endowment and the combination of education and nursing,and discusses the development process and current situation of the community endowment model in China based on the theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of social security,and analyzes the Realistic Plight of the development of the community endowment model in China.At present,the ability of local government,talent supply and pension fund investment are the key factors that restrict the development of community pension.At the same time,according to the case of community endowment in Jinjiang District,this paper analyzes the advantages and key elements of the community endowment model of "combination of education and education",shows the effect of Jinjiang District in community endowment,and discusses the key role of the government in organizational planning and personnel team building in the community endowment model of "combination of education and education".Based on the analysis of the community endowment model in Jinjiang District,this study proposes that the problem of old-age care is a multi-dimensional social management problem.It is necessary to consider how to protect and improve the living conditions of the elderly from the macro-level of social security,also to study how to meet the actual selection of the elderly endowment from the micro-level of supply and demand relationship.How to meet the actual orientation of the old-age endowment,starting from the actual needs of the elder people.The endowment service that combines education should focus on “nurturing” and “teaching”.This study has certain reference and practical significance for the improvement of the community endowment service mechanism and the construction of the endowment service system.
