The Option Of Endowment Mode In Wujiang District

Wujiang District of Suzhou is located in the southern area of China. With the economic growth, aging problem of Wujiang District is increasingly serious. Until the end of 2015, the total household aging population is 217,750, accounting for 26.6% of the household population, thus, the aging problem is quite grim.The problem of pension model selection exists in the large elderly population objectively. This paper is aimed to show the current status of old-age model selection through investigation, to find out the old-age service demand, and to help elderly people to optimize the choice.On one hand, it aims to prompt old-age model selection to be more reasonable from the subjective side. On the other, it aims to stimulate the government to improve the policy, so that social and family can work together to do nursing duties, realizing the optimization of objective endowment of resources, meeting the old men’s diversified demand for pension services.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of questionnaire and theoretical analysis to research the elderly pension mode selection, choice and demand, choice and the aging population stratification,how to optimize the pension model choice of Wujiang District. First, talk about the current pension models-- old-age home, community endowment and pension institutions, and then use the method of theoretical analysis, list the research of the three kinds of theories of endowment mode selection: one is based on the theory of social stratification, objectively because of economy and culture, the health status of the elderly do exist in different layers; the two is the social choice theory, this theory to explore the relationship between individual preference and collective choice, and analyzes the social decision how to meet the maximization of social welfare, which we study how to optimize the choice of pension model is fit; three is the demand theory, we mainly use demand theory to explore different levels of the elderly care service needs, and the needs and the choice of pension model correspond to.And then mainly elaborate the status of the Wujiang District pension mode selection is mainly based on 20 million elderly residential status of the investigation, through the investigation we found most of the elderly to choose home care, nearly a third of the elderly and children living together, to get a certain amount of care in filial sons and daughters, in addition to a part of the elderly living alone or only and his wife live together. Then aging population in Wujiang district were stratified, and the factors affecting the option of endowment mode were analyzed, such as the ability of living, economic income, high and low age,focuses on the relationship between the elderly pension service demand,the aging population stratification and the choice of pension model. And last, establish the related principles of pension optimization mode, draw classification to establish a diversified pension model conclusion through further enumeration of foreign pension model selection practice, and suggested that the government, society, pension service organization and family can work together to establish a better pension model.
