| In Oct1999, the national bureau of statistics announced, more than10%populiton are the aged which are older than sixty years,it means that our country is being LaoNianXing countries and becoming into aging society step by step、Our country has been into rapid aging stage since2001, it increase5.96million elderly population every year and an average annual growth rate reached3.28%, this number is much more than the total population annual growth rate that is0.66%、In28th April2011, the national bureau of statistics announced,there is13.26%elder which is more than60years old in the whole population, in2050, the aging population will be over400million, it is about twice the children.The more elder, the more serious endowment problem.This article is based on the government failure also said the government failure theory, welfare pluralism theory and other related theory, take some endowment service researches in Beijing Haidian depresision Malianwa Meiyuan area.Through sampling investigation and interview randomly in elder, take the elder’s age, gender, marriage and other basic situations in Malianwa Meiyuan area, in view of the different ageing population and analysis their endowment demand in present, it find the solution which combined with the area’s condition. At the same time it descusses the endowment models about our country community family endowment, puts forward the main problems about the family endowment: firstly financial resources are simple; secondly the infrastructure quantities and scales are insufficiency;thirdly the service contents are rough and vague, it can’t make the elderly satisfying; the numbers of the service team are not proficient, professional and massive; in the end, it need a lot of volunteers.According to questions, this article take some criterions and suggestions in our national condition, in order to revamp the model of home-based care for the aged, moreover summed up an integrated system in home-based care for the aged. |
