Research On E-government Innovation Of Township Government In Liaoyang

With the rapid development of modern society and the increasing upgrading of information technology,e-government emerges as the times require.It is a combination of modern information technology and government management.The rise of Internet public service platform has had a profound impact on our work and life,and also changed the way we participate in political life.With the development of production practice,the connotation of e-government is constantly expanding.E-government has more and more reflected the irreplaceable position,and gradually become the new goal of the government to achieve innovative management.At the same time,it has become an urgent need and inevitable choice to deepen the reform of administrative system and promote the transformation of government functions.In this paper,Liaoyang County,Liaoning Province,is taken as the object of investigation.Through the methods of data search,comparative analysis,field investigation,case analysis and questionnaire survey,we can understand and learn the experience of western developed countries in government administration.From this,we can rectify the problems and shortcomings existing in the development of E-government in Liaoyang County by comparing with the existing problems and shortcomings in the process of e-government development.Improve it step by step.As far as the current development of E-government in Liaoyang County is concerned,it is currently in a transitional stage,facing the development trends of networking of service objects,mobile user terminals,diversification of service objects,massive data systems,coordination of service systems,wisdom of community services and democratization of social management.The demand for E-government from G2 G,G2E and G2 C is expanding continuously.Through careful investigation of the current development of E-government in Liaoyang County,including the application status of e-government,the online services provided by the government,and the public use conditions of e-government,it is found that there are some problems in the development of E-government in Liaoyang County,such as the scattered business data of various departments and the government office automation project.Low degree,the use conditions provided by the government to the public and their expectations are far from the same,and the utilization rate of e-government by the public is low.Generally speaking,these are due to the complex relationship between administrative organizations,cross-cutting,lack of overall planning,coupled with administrative managers themselves lack of awareness of e-government,the enthusiasm to participate in e-government is not enough.Based on the above situation,this paper puts forward corresponding measures for the development of E-government in Liaoyang County from the aspects of e-government management,technology and public.
