Study On Occupational Stress Of Street-level Land Inspectors In Dalian

The study on occupational stress of front-line law enforcement personnel has attractedattention from all walks of life in recent years.The land law enforcement and supervision is an important part of the work of land and resources,is one of the important measure to implement the laws and regulations of land and resources,in maintaining the order of land and resources management,the implementation of land and resources management legal system plays an irreplaceable role.Law enforcement and supervision work is also related to the basic interests of the masses and plays a key role in the construction of the new socialist countryside.As countries continue to strengthen the land law enforcement supervisory work style and intensify the land illegal case to investigate and punish,improve the long-term mechanism of land and resources management,basic land law enforcement personnel's work strength were bigger.The purpose of this thesis is based on Dalian urban counties line land law enforcement staff occupational stress status survey,to explore the law enforcement personnel occupational stress source of all-round,multi-angle,and through the in-depth study of the different pressure source,sums up the methods and countermeasures to cope with stress for the land law enforcement personnel adjustment,relieve stress and prevent job burnout to provide effective help.This article mainly through the literature method to collect existing occupational stress definition,theoretical model,the occupational stress scale as the research basis,through questionnaire investigation on 98 Dalian personal basic situation of land law enforcement supervisory personnel at the grass-roots level,the factors influencing professional pressure source,pressure distribution and recycling,was conducted in three parts through interview method to seven basic land law enforcement personnel on-site interview in Dalian.Through the above seven methods of survey of Dalian city grass-roots land law enforcement and occupational stress status and influencing factors were analyzed,and separately from the work itself factors,role stress factors,individual factors,career development,interpersonal relationship factors to analyze the influence factors of law enforcement personnel occupational stress.The text of this paper consists of five parts.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and research ideas;The second part introduces the investigation and design of the occupational stress of the grassroots land lawenforcement personnel in Dalian;The third part is an analysis of the investigation results of the current situation of occupational stress of the grassroots land law enforcement supervisors in Dalian;The fourth part is an analysis of the investigation results on the occupational stress sources of grassroots land law enforcement supervisors in Dalian;The fifth part is aimed at Dalian grass-roots land law enforcement personnel's occupational stress relief.
