The sense of belonging is a person of something, the subordinate feeling, is akind of subjective feelings. The organization is individual work, sense of belonging inthe organization of life and become a community of destiny, become a part of themental state. With the dramatic changes in social life, all workers’ work and liferhythm is accelerated apparently, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, leadingto increased pressure of people’s life and work, organization ownership weakened.Now the geological work is in a critical period of transition, development, due tothe enhancement of the cadres and workers of independent consciousness informationchannel diversification, complicated social environment and ideological pluralism andother factors, geological team belonging to weaken, weaving a sense of belonging tograsp the geological survey team of the group, the hearts of the cadres and workers tounderstand the perplexity, concern, ideas and their view of the new situation, new task,to do the construction and management team, the cadres and workers of theideological unity to the reform and development of the cause of geological survey andprospecting breakthrough strategy, is to adapt to the geological work to realize theresources and environment protection, protection is an urgent need to develophistorical mission in the new period.Based on the theory of hierarchy of needs, ALDERFER Maslow ERG theory,equity theory of Adams theory as the guide, through composition, analysis of theChina Geological Survey Bureau of the staff turnover and investigated the ChinaGeological Survey Bureau staff organization belonging method, external causes andinternal causes of society that geological team a sense of belonging weakened, andaccording to these reasons, put forward to carry out geological culture construction,widely develop confabulate activity and the development of sports activities of acohesive, in order to improve the employee’s organizational belonging to.
