A Study About The Impact Of Overseas Nongovernmental Organizations On National Security And Management Policy Suggestion

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the strengthening of globalization,more and more overseas ngos are entering China to carry out work in poverty alleviation,disaster relief,environmental protection,education,culture,science and technology,rule of law and other fields.However,the number of overseas ngos is huge and the background is complex.Some organizations with bad political motives take the opportunity to enter,which has a negative impact on traditional and non-traditional security in national security and other aspects.Using basic theory of non-governmental organization and management,this paper comprehensively systematically combed the history and status quo of development of overseas ngos in China,objectively analyses the overseas ngo activities in China for traditional national security and non-traditional security in China,the influence of the two aspects of overseas ngos are summarized the reason of impact on national security,and through the world vision,trace foundation and three cases of greenpeace has carried on the further analysis of the support.Finally,this paper analyzes the current management mechanism of overseas ngos in China,and puts forward corresponding management policy Suggestions from the perspectives of maintaining traditional national security and non-traditional national security.This paper holds that the implementation of politically sensitive activities by overseas ngos under various names has exerted a negative impact on China's national security,including sovereign security,regime security,ideological security,economic security,ecological security and information security.In our country,the overseas ngos activities of aliens within the territory of soon just under the background of our country in the aspect of the management of overseas ngos to draw lessons from foreign experience,improve the whole society's awareness of national security,and set up a blacklist system,a reasonable guide foreign non-governmental organizations,strengthen the supervision of capital and increase transparency.
