Research On Public Opinion Survey In Public Decision-making Of Jinfeng Township

In modern society,Seeking and adapting to public opinion has become an important part of public decision-making.In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary XI Jinping made it clear that we should adhere to the idea of people-centered development.As a result,public opinion has become the logical starting point and legal foundation of our government's public decision-making,conformity with public opinion becomes the primary goal of public decision-making.In the context of modernization,especially in the context of the continuous development of the market economy and the improvement of democratic politics,science and technology change with each passing day,the cultural quality and political literacy of the masses have been continuously enhanced,the willingness of the masses to participate in politics is even stronger.Public opinion survey has become an important way to express public opinion,it plays an increasingly important role in the mass political participation.Public opinion survey plays an important role in our town's public decision-making: first,strengthen the legitimacy of public decision-making in towns;second,prevent the town public decision-making mistake;third,improve the villagers' recognition of the town's public decision-making.However,the role of public opinion survey in the public decision-making of villages and towns in our country is always unsatisfactory,there are a variety of reasons.Based on the author's actual work experience,field research,case analysis and in-depth interview are combined,the research process is based on deliberative democracy theory,scientific decision-making theory,principal-agent theory and systematic management theory.First,introduced the related concepts and theories of public opinion survey and public decision-making,the development of public opinion survey is reviewed.Second,introduces the current situation and insufficiency of public opinion survey in Jinfeng township.Then,analyzes the causes of insufficient public opinion survey in Jinfeng township.Last,according to the previous deficiencies,practical countermeasures are proposed from three aspects of thought,technology and system,and analyze the effectiveness of the public opinion survey response mechanism of Jinfeng township through the data of public opinion survey,further improve the role of public opinion surveys in Jinfeng township publicdecision-making from three aspects.The data in this paper are authentic,all from primary data of the basic level.
