The Study On The Development Of New Urbanization In Yumen City

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the communist party of China clearly points out that new-type urbanization is the way to realize China's modernization,an important way to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",a strong support for promoting coordinated regional development,and an important focus on expanding domestic demand and promoting industrial upgrading.The rapid progress of urbanization has promoted the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and brought about profound changes in the social structure.However,in the process of rapid development of urbanization,a series of problems are also presented which are not adapted to economic and social development.With resource-based cities Yu Men city as a case,this study from the perspective of public management,through summarizing in Yu Men district new urbanization development present situation and the main experience,existing in the process of new urbanization in-depth description and analysis of main problems and reasons,puts forward the new urbanization in Yu Men district development countermeasures and suggestions,to promote the development of new type of urbanization especially in resource-based cities of new urbanization has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this study on the connotation and characteristics of urbanization and the new urbanization,on the basis of profoundly expounded through literature research,case analysis in yumen district new conduct the thorough research to the development of urbanization,analyzes the new urbanization in yumen district four aspects of the problem existing in the development of: one is the urban space scattered layout,the cluster efficiency is not high;Second,the capital for urban construction is insufficient,and public services and infrastructure are weak.Thirdly,the industrial structure is not reasonable,and the effect of city and industry integration is not obvious.Fourth,the level of urban and rural management services is not high,environmental problems are increasingly prominent;The causes of the problems are analyzed from the following five aspects:incomplete system and mechanism,inadequate policy implementation and fragileecological environment.In view of these problems,the paper proposes to accelerate the construction of urban and rural planning and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.We will strengthen infrastructure and improve the overall carrying capacity of cities and towns.We will strengthen environmental protection and strive to build ecologically livable cities and towns.To coordinate urban and rural development and strengthen urban and rural industrial support;We will improve the public security system and accelerate the development of the public service system.We will comprehensively deepen reform in key areas of urban construction.By exploring new urbanization problem in yumen district,from the micro level city of new urbanization development path,find the right case help for further research of western underdeveloped region resources city reference thinking and practice guidance for the new type of urbanization development,for the past the study of the theory of the new urbanization provide knowledge contribution,further enrich the studies of new urbanization perspective.
