Research On The Standardization Construction Of The Contingent Of Traffic Police Detachment Of Q City

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in Q city,the number of motor vehicles has increased sharply.At the same time,Q city is located in the economic circle of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Tourism peak and summer security tasks overlap each other.The contradictions between road traffic people,vehicles and roads are highlighted.How to realize the normalization of traffic police team quickly to ensure social security and traffic management has become an urgent problem to be solved.The purpose of this paper is to take Q city traffic police detachment as the research object,using questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method to excavate the problems existing in the regularization of Q city traffic police detachment,and put forward targeted suggestions and Countermeasures to provide reference for Department decision-making.This paper expounds the background and significance of the Regularization Construction of traffic police detachment in Q city,systematically combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the Regularization Construction of traffic police detachment,and points out the shortcomings of current research.This paper elaborates the relevant theories from the basic concepts,the elements of normalization construction and the theory of public management,laying the foundation of the basic theory of the paper.Furthermore,combined with relevant historical data,this paper summarizes the four historical stages of the Regularization Construction of the traffic police detachment team in Q City,as well as the achievements in five aspects: legalization of management,scientific training,standardization of internal affairs,discipline supervision and police support.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted with 20 indicators in five aspects: legalization,procedure,standardization,scientificalization and professionalization.Five main factors were extracted by dimensionality reduction method,namely,career development,administrative law enforcement,normative construction,supervision and supervision,and law enforcement support.A comparative analysis revealed that there was a deviation between the key direction and the completion of the standardization construction of the traffic police detachment in Q City.Among them,the deviation of administrative law enforcement is the largest,followed by professional development and law enforcement support,and the deviation of supervision and regulation needs to be further narrowed.Finally,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of Regularization Construction of Q city traffic police detachment from five aspects: improving the administrative law enforcement ability of detachment,innovating the career development path of detachment police,strengthening the law enforcement support to detachment,vigorously promoting the standardization construction of detachment and establishing scientific supervision and supervision mechanism.
