Application Study Of Big Data In Emergency Management Of Hangzhou City

With the development of economy and so ciety,the level of urbanization in our country is also getting higher and higher.The frequency,scale and impact of emergencies are constantly increasing and expanding,which brings great impact on society,economy and culture.Hangzhou,as the new frontline city of the country and the capital of Zhejiang Province,has been expanding rapidly in recent years,and its international competitiveness and status have been constantly improving.In order to reduce the destructive impact of emergencies and the loss of people's lives and property,it is extremely important for the emergency management ability of emergencies.Empirically based traditional emergency management obviously cannot adapt to the challenges brought by the Internet and big data.Big data brings new technical means and thinking mode for emergency management.Based on the perspective of big data,this paper uses the concept of big data,and combines with relevant technical means,hoping to solve the relevant problems faced by urban emergency management.In this paper,case analysis,comparative study and literature research methods are used to study the relationship between big data and emergency management,taking emergency management as the core,starting from the basic concepts of emergency,emergency management and big data.The case of Hangzhou Zhongtai Waste Incineration Plant is selected through the elaboration of relevant theories such as risk management and crisis management.This paper points out the current situation and shortcomings of emergency management in Hangzhou,then uses the perspective of big data to analyze the opportunities and challenges brought by big data to emergency management in Hangzhou,highlights the characteristic advantages of Hangzhou in the application of big data,and finally summarizes the emergency response of big data in Hangzhou.Management promotion strategy: formulate big data strategy;strengthen personnel training;improve emergency laws and regulations to protect personal privacy;improve early warning ability;break data islands;develop smart cities;enhance interaction with the media;optimize resource al ocation.
