Research On The Prevention And Control System Of Drug Crimes Of Foreigners In China In The Age Of Big Data

With the accelerating pace of reform and opening up,foreigners have flooded into China.Suffering the influence of international drug crimes,the situation of drug crimes committed by foreigners in China has become increasingly severe,and the fight against foreign drug crimes has lasted for a long time.Due to the complexity,concealment,intelligence and the special subject of foreign-related drug crimes,traditional investigative measures and models are difficult to deal with them effectively.However,the advent of the era of big data has brought an opportunity for preventing and controlling drug crimes committed by foreigners.The function of summarizing massive data can realize the effective management of foreigners' information,and the action of foreigners in China is depicted by data collision comparison.The visual display provides technical support for real-time monitoring of the dynamics of drugrelated foreigners,and establish relevant models according to the drug-related cases that have been uncovered,which can realize dynamic early warning of foreign drug-related crimes and effectively prevent and control of drug crimes committed by foreigners.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and the multidisciplinary crossing research method to discuss the prevention and control system of foreigners' drug crimes in China from four parts.The first part introduces the concept and characteristics of foreigners' drug crimes in China,and analyzes the situation of foreigners' drug crimes in China from three aspects: crime type,crime mode and crime characteristics.The second part introduces the concept of big data.It expounds the application process of big data and its application value in the prevention and control of foreigners' drug crimes.The third part introduces the overall situation of the prevention and control of foreigners' drug crimes by public security organ in recent years,and analyzes dilemmas encountered by the public security organ in prevention and control of foreigners' drug crimes.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the theory of drug control and prevention,puts forward some suggestions on the construction of prevention and control system of foreigners' drug crimes from six aspects: strategic planning,drug forecasting,source governance,key strikes,comprehensive prevention and international cooperation.According to the characteristics of drug crimes committed by foreigners in China and the application of big data in crime prevention and control,this paper aims to establish a prevention and control system in line with the anti-drug situation of foreigners,with the purpose of preventing and controlling foreigners' drug crimes and improving the ability of public security anti-drug departments to control drug crimes committed by foreigners.
