Study On The Effectiveness Evaluation Index System Of Anti- Drug Intelligence Work

Intelligence is the lifeline of anti-drug work.Intelligence plays a vital role in drug-related criminal cases that have not the victim.However,at present,there is a lack of a scientific means to consider whether or not the anti-drug intelligence work is well done and to what extent.The research on the effectiveness evaluation of anti-drug intelligence work has enriched the relevant theories to a great extent.At the same time,it can promote the anti-drug handling units to reflect on their work,and propose ways to amend and improve their work.It plays an important role in strengthening the positioning of intelligence in the whole public security work.In this context and significance,this paper mainly uses literature research,expert investigation,empirical analysis and other methods to build the effectiveness evaluation system of the anti-drug intelligence work and applies it to the effectiveness evaluation of anti-drug intelligence work of Beijing Public Security Bureau to verify its feasibility.In order to enrich the theoretical basis of the article,the author studies the relevant theories of intelligence work efficiency evaluation,intelligence quality evaluation,which is similar to intelligence work efficiency evaluation,and intelligence value evaluation.Through research and development,it is found that there are few quantitative studies on the overall effectiveness of the intelligence system in academic achievements at home and abroad.In the process of investigating the current situation of anti-drug intelligence work and effectiveness evaluation of Beijing Public Security Bureau,the author has found some outstanding problems which are not comprehensive and unbalanced.In order to solve the above problems,the author constructs a three-level index system which consists of four first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators.It uses analytic hierarchy process to calculate the score results of experts on the relative importance of indicators,and obtains the weight of indicators at all levels.By sending out questionnaires and statistics,the overall score of anti-drug intelligence work is obtained.Through further analysis of the weak links,it puts forward countermeasures: establishing incentive mechanism,improving cooperation mechanism,improving training work and innovating research and judgment methods.
