As the society enters a new era,the economy is developing at a rapid pace.The number of motorists and car ownership has risen year after year.The road traffic management work is facing a new situation,and the traffic police workload is getting heavier.Traffic police work overtime for a long time,the working environment is bad,lack of humanistic care,not understood by the masses,and easily lead to burnout.In the wartime service of large-scale event security,the workload of the grassroots traffic police has doubled,and the wartime service has a long duration,high work requirements,strict discipline make grassroots traffic police exhausted and tired.Taking the grassroots traffic police in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province as an example,the author conducts an empirical analysis of the job burnout situation in the wartime mode of the grassroots traffic police in Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province,and the reasons for the burnout of the grassroots traffic police in the wartime service mode.The form of expression and the mitigation of wartime service at the grassroots level of the wartime service have put forward their own views.The aim is to alleviate the sense of burnout of the grassroots traffic police in the wartime service mode,enhance the professional honor of the grassroots traffic police,and better serve the wartime service.
