In recent years, with the complex situation of public security, mass rising incidents, and lack of police power, in order to ensure the safety and smooth for public activities, front line police officers often work overtime to ensure accomplishment for variety of tasks. Also in daily work, because personal risk and the probability of facing unexpected events are far more than other industries, the police are experiencing a long period of physical and mental exhaustion of working conditions, along with greater physical and mental stress, apparently there will be burnout phenomenon in their daily work.Traffic Police as one of the police, have common mental health problem that exists among all groups, but its special functions in determines the traffic police, especially front line officers have unique mental health problems. Not only do they have to suffer discomfort due to overload work, but also suffer adverse environmental, social and family life of public opinion psychosomatic stress. Studying of burnout psychology, traffic compression capability will help improve mental health problems; it can effectively alleviate traffic problems with the effective implementation of police work which has great significance.In this paper, Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province traffic police in this group were analyzed by the method of questionnaire, and then through burnout meter of Ma'anshan City traffic police investigation and analysis of the current job burnout, finally form a comprehensive analysis of the factors of the formation of burnout analysis under the base of theory and practice, and made several countermeasures can effectively reduce burnout Ma'anshan City traffic police to improve the mental health of Ma'anshan City traffic police.
