| The Young Pioneers of China is a mass organization for young children in China and a school for them to learn socialism and communism with Chinese characteristics.The Young Pioneers implement the organizational policy of all children joining the team in order to enable all children to receive education in the organization.However,in the context of all children joining the team,the sense of honor of the young pioneers is not as good as before,which not only affects the development of organizational education of Young Pioneers,but also hinders the development and growth of Young Pioneers to some extent.In recent years,the reduction of the honor of young pioneers has attracted the attention of relevant government departments and leaders.“How to establish the honor of young pioneers under the reality of all children joining the team” has become an issue of the times.However,at present,the study on young pioneers’ sense of honor is not only in small quantity but also in low quality.The study is based on the background of this era.In this study,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods are comprehensively applied to conduct a specific study on the sense of honor of the young pioneers under the background of all children joining the team.First of all,based on the existing data,the research trends and study achievements of the young pioneers’ sense of honor under the background of all children’s joining the team were summarized.On this basis,the paper defined the core concepts such as all children’s joining the team,the sense of honor and the sense of honor of the young pioneers,and expounded the necessity of enhancing the sense of honor of the young pioneers in the context of all children joining the team.Secondly,the research design was carried out according to the research purpose.The article has made clear the survey objects,survey contents and survey methods,and made preparations before the survey,such as: the preparation of the questionnaire,the design of the interview outline,which laid the foundation for the survey.Thirdly,the survey was carried out according to the research design.Taking S Primary School as the research object,this paper sent questionnaires to young pioneers and conducted interviews with Young Pioneers counselors,and analyzed the current situation of young pioneers’ sense of honor through questionnaire data and interview contents.The results of the survey confirmed the positive aspects of the sense of honor of the young pioneers in S primary school,such as: the young pioneers can recognize their own responsibilities,the young pioneers have a strong sense of organizational affiliation,and the young pioneers relatively recognize the organization.However,it has also been found that there are the following problems in the sense of honor of the young pioneers: the sense of honor of the young pioneers generally decreases;the sense of honor of the young pioneers decreases with the long time of joining the team;the sense of organizational responsibility of the young pioneers has the problem of “separation of knowledge and practice”;the young pioneers’ love for the organization is not enough,and so on.After that,with the interview and the analysis,it has been found that the young pioneers have received pre-team education before joining the team,people have a deeper understanding of the important position of the Young Pioneers,and the educational role of the joining ceremony is an important reason for the positive side of the young pioneers’ sense of honor presentation.However,the main reasons for the problems are the lack of in-depth understanding of the basic knowledge and glorious history of the young pioneers,the lack of clear gradient goals after joining the Young Pioneers,the lack of specialization of the Young Pioneers’ counselors,and the poor self-control of the young pioneers.Finally,according to the findings of the survey,the paper has put forward some educational suggestions to enhance the sense of honor of young pioneers: strengthen pre-team education;build a step-by-step growth and development model;promote the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors;pay attention to the combination of theory and practice;lay emphasis on experience education. |
