The Study Of The Young Pioneers' "Dynamic Squadron" Construction

The essence of the Young Pioneers' “dynamic squadron " is an organizational education and a collective education.While creating the " dynamic squadron ",the young pioneer would love the Young Pioneers more.Also it can strengthen the organizational vitality,promote the young pioneer's growing healthily,build their right view of life and the orientation of values.At the same time the “dynamic squadron" would help get the utmost out of the Young Pioneers' political,educational and social functions,to realize their multiple values,to rich the colorful activities of the Young Pioneers',to get the Young Pioneers' activities more attractive.At last the "dynamic squadron" would contribute to the "Young Pioneers Reform Program" implementing,providing a new ideas and directions for the Young Pioneers' organization construction.In the research process of young pioneers' dynamic Squadron,the methods of literature analysis,investigation,interview and action research were adopted.Through the literature analysis,combing the relevant research results of scholars at home and abroad,understanding the historical process related to the construction of the "dynamic squadron" organization,the related functional value research,the relationship with self education and the research of the activities related to the "dynamic squadron".On the basis of literature analysis,the connotation of "dynamic squadron" is explained: a kind of organizational activity showing vitality,independent practice and pursuit of fashion,which has the characteristics of interactivity,life,politics,and game.The main content "five small" activities for the construction of the "kinetic squadron" of the young pioneers: "red scarf little athletes" football and sports games,"red scarf small bailing" singing activities,"red scarf small bookworm" reading activities,"red scarf small creator" creative creative activities,"red scarf small master" post service activities The connotation and extension of the study are expanded.Through a large number of empirical studies,such as investigation,interview and expert consultation,the following problems are found in the construction of the "dynamic squadron" of the young pioneers: the organization of the grass-roots young pioneers is lack of vitality and the young pioneers lack the sense of honor and the sense of belonging.Young pioneers are lack of team flavor and lack of professional quality of counselors.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of the construction of the "dynamic squadron" : Strengthen the cooperation of the group,strengthen the supervision mechanism,strengthen the leadership and guidance of the youth and young pioneers,improve the quality of the counselors,enlighten the self-consciousness of the players,stimulate the organizational identification,cultivate the autonomy,let the young pioneers return to the standard in the activities and realize the "autonomous automation" of the activities of the young pioneers.
