Research On The Status Quo Of The Young Pioneers' Sense Of Honor And Its Strengthening Strategy

As successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future and the main force in its construction,children are playing an important role in the historical process of realizing the "two centenary goals".At present,the multiple development of society,economy and culture impinges,challenges and tests the ideological consciousness of the young pioneers.Honor can promote people upward and to be good,which is of great significance to the moral development and personality improvement of young pioneers;Enhancing young pioneers' sense of honor can help guide them to establish a correct world view,outlook on life and values.At present,there is a gap in the research of the young pioneers' sense of honor in the theoretical world.In reality,the lack of young pioneers' sense of honor is also an indisputable fact.Besides,the educational research on red resources also mostly stays in two groups:college students and high school students.What is the connotation and status of the young pioneers 'sense of honor,and whether the red resources can strengthen the young pioneers' sense of honor is worth paying attention and thinking.Based on the above reasons,the author takes the young pioneers' sense of honor and red resources as the research theme.Based on the dilemma of theory and practice,this research focuses on the honor of young pioneers.The main content is divided into four parts.The first is the development of the questionnaire.Combined with theories of teachers,soldiers,civil servants and other occupational honour studies,research on the honor awareness of employees in the organization,and the design and research of the honor system,integrated the literature study method,questionnaire investigation and interview method,based on the theoretical foundation,preliminary established the dimension of young pioneers sense of honor,and the initial establishment and revision of the questionnaire,had good reliability and validity of the young pioneers' honor scale.Secondly,it is the status quo survey and result analysis of the young pioneers' sense of honor and whether the red resources can play a role in the young pioneers' sense of honor.The Young Pioneer's Honor Scale consists of 23 items in three dimensions:honor perception,honor emotion,and honor will.The survey objects used in this study were young pioneers in grades 4-6.Through a questionnaire survey of 650 young pioneers in Shanxi Province,the results showed that:(1)Significant differences in honor emotion,will,and sense of honor among young pioneers of different genders,Female young pioneers are significantly higher than male young pioneers.(2)Honor recognition,emotion,will,and sense of honor of the young cadres as class cadres are significantly higher than those of the young entrants who are not class cadres;while the young entrants who are cadres of the team are significantly higher only in cognition of honor than pioneer who is not a team leader.(3)The 10-year-old young pioneers(the fifth grade)are significantly higher than the 9-year-old(fourth-grade)and 11-year-old(sixth-grade)young pioneers in four aspects of honor recognition,emotion,will,and sense of honor.In terms of the role of the red resources on the young pioneers' sense of honor,the research was conducted in two batches.The first one was stratified sampling among the 650 young pioneers mentioned earlier.A total of 356 young pioneers were selected.During the 70th National Day parade and young pioneers,Questionnaire surveys were conducted again after the 70th anniversary of the founding of the team;the second was the use of summer camps,and the team members visited the Red Education Base before and after the results of the two questionnaire surveys.Thirdly,this paper discusses the realization mechanism of the educational value of red resources from three aspects:the main body needs,the realization foundation and the realization way.Finally,according to the realization mechanism of the educational value of red resources,five measures were proposed to strengthen the honor of young pioneers with red resources:(1)strengthening the leadership of the young team of the party team,(2)strengthening the development of red resources,(3)Strengthen the ability of the young pioneers' counselors to use the red resources,(4)establish a feedback adjustment mechanism to effectively implement the red resources to strengthen the team members'sense of honor,(5)innovate the red resources to strengthen the young team's sense of honor.This paper provides another theoretical perspective and new research methods for the research of young pioneers'sense of honor,and also provides a theoretical basis for it."The Scale of Young Pioneers'sense of Honor" compiled can provide a measurement method for large-scale empirical research,hoping to provide a reference for the pioneer honor study.
